I stopped by my local Target.  No Glow Metaluna Mutant. 

As usual, they have very little in their "collectors" section - A NECA Wolf Man, Frankenstein Lab Accessory Set (2 of them), Lots of Funko Pops, 2 Nosferatu Toony Terrors, and the NECA Glow Frankenstein figure.  So, just to see if it were somewhere else, I looked through their toy section and saw some Super 7 Aliens figures (brown Alien, and an Alien 3 creature (whatever it's called), plus another NECA glow Frankenstein figure.  Then, in another aisle of the toy section, some NECA Predator 2 figures and 2 Herman Munsters figures.

So I do hope they start selling them on the Target website, 'cause finding one in my local Target will likely never happen.

I'd go for the Mars Attacks Martian.  IF they would sell them online.  Nothing in my local Target.  Last time something like this happened, I took a trip and went to 3 other Target stores miles away.  Came back empty handed.  I'm done searching them out.  If they sell them online I'd get them, or if some ebay seller has them at a reasonable price (yeah, I know - good luck with that!).

Is it best to pour the liquid out? Wasn't sure if it's eventually bad for the plastic bottle to keep them filled. I mainly just want to keep the bottle.

I kept mine in (the glow versions) because they are in a plastic bin by themselves at the moment. I probably have more than 50% of my life left but I doubt it could harm the plastic in the decades I have left. If you're putting them on a self with other stuff it's probably wise to empty them in case they spring a leak.

I hate to remove the shrink-wrap, because it keeps the dust out of the little box/base.

I found a single "They Live" Remco style Reaction figure at Target today in the collectibles section. It did not show up as being in stock in their store online. I asked an associate to check to see if they had the rest. She said they had two of each and they were all on the floor. They weren't, and I checked EVERYWHERE. Just this single figure. They're probably still in the back but two employees assured me they weren't.
