One of a kind oil painting. Of a favorite subject of mine.

Nice painting, Anton. Who's the artist?

Tony Patrick. Check my link to his stuff in the classifieds. I am doing my Ned Flanders routine right now, trying to drum up some exposure for him.

He's good. DD should utilize his talent in the event no good poster art is readily available.

Just checked your Monsters For Sale posting and it looks like DD has already utilized him for the Silent Monsters line. Those cards are great, probably the best DD card art aside from original poster art. His name didn't register with me at first, but I'll remember it hereafter. Congrats on the fine Vinnie P. painting.

Could have used that for my backer
Still doable. Just use these when you rerelease the Vincent Price line. They would look awesome and an improvement over the original. I might be able to get all the Vinnie Ps I missed in the original line.

Art is already done. I think Rob Aragon done these as well.

Yes--indeedy! Love his art and use of color on the Price cards. It would look odd to change the art style mid wave, or from wave to wave. Consistency is necessity. 8)

Oops, sorry, I haven't really kept up on the Vincent Price line (as beautiful as they all are). I'm sure the Aragon art is fantastic. What I meant is , this would be a great card for a future edition of the same character (if you ever decide to revisit some of the more popular ones). Almost all of the DD cards are works of art on their own. I can't see these great figures without their beautiful original backer cards as part of the whole picture. And, yes Anton, consistency is everything when displaying these lines together.

I got some new mug additions for my haunted/cursed tiki bar.  The Creature shrunken head shall be my new pimp cup, it holds about a gallon.  The Bride mug and shakers are on loan from the girlfriend's collection for the picture.  There's also Drac's tiki shack from earlier, a shrunken head that holds ½ gallon, a shrunken hula girl head, a Frank shaker, and my other fave: the Creature with an ill-gotten surfboard.

(Booze and tiny umbrellas for scale.)

Holy guacamole what a great idea! My girlfriend's and my tiki mug collection just got a halloween flair with a Frankie head mug we found at the local Halloween shop. I highly recommend finding one, it's pretty rad for the price we paid! Alooooha!
