Very rare 1993 Trendmasters Bride of Frankenstein blow mold?

Searching for info on this blow mold. I have rarely only seen another like it and actually only find reference to it on this forum. Does anyone know much about it? Any information is greatly appreciated! Included are photos of the front, profile and bottom that shows the Trendmasters imprint and 1993 as the year of production.
