That's the complete second release. The first release has MUCH simpler paint, but the Dracula is based on Lugosi. The Bride and Creature were never released, sadly.

Yes. I had never seen it before; but it is a German import that I found at San Diego's Museum of Photography. Though it is small in size, it is about 650 pages long, has some great rare stills, and weighs a TON!
