Got this a couple days ago. About 8.5 inches tall. Heavy PVC figure . Very cool but not well balanced. Will either have to have him against a structure or make a base for him. $16 delivered. I'm happy with it. YAY! Another diorama down he road.

I may be wrong since I don't have any,but that looks like a loose SideShow Frank. If I were the one buying it I wouldn't go over 40-50 for what it is.

He is a 12" Hasbro/Kenner Frankenstein Doll.  They were sold in Target Stores about 1998.  Frank was originally boxed.  The oversized hands are a tip-off.  They never were all that popular.  Most collectors thought they compared badly to the Sideshow product.  (I always liked him.)

Kenner also produced Universal Monsters in flimsy. clear plastic tubes around the same time.  You might remember they also made Creature and a Son of Dracula dolls.

Those sold for $20 back then, and are not worth much more out of the box now. If you like it and can get it for $20 it's worth it.
