It's been quite a while since I've seen one!

These kids meal boxes were only available in the UK, for the 1997 Burger King UM promos.

I'm still searching for the Frankenstein's Monster/Dracula box to complete the set. The madepaper  masks for all four monsters, too.

They glow, right?

They are supposed to.

The figures were made in two different white plastics.

One is very white, like milk glass, and it does not glow very well.

The other is not quite as white, and looks slightly translucent - it glows a little better.

I'd like to get a Creature one. To me it looks just like that licensing Creature hand mask.

I got a translucent one. I'll have to juice him up to see if he glows.

Takes strong light - Like sunshine or an LED flashlight.

Same image, but a little larger, I believe, and it has paper straps. Fun to think of kids getting these with the toys. The Creature figure there came with a cardboard backdrop as well. I've always wondered why it wasn't included in North America.

I don't suppose this lamp will do much, then.  :P

Same image, but a little larger

Which is why I'm not in a big hurry to get one, or wouldn't pay a lot for it, 'cause I've basically got one.

I don't suppose you have a picture of one, do you? (Or a better description?)

Depends on the bulb.  If it is a full spectrum bulb it will work best.

But you don't really want full spectrum bulbs in display cabinets with old collectibles.  The items looks nicer, but the sp bulb fades colors like sunlight.  Best stick with the ugly white light.

They will glow with any light - just not very brightly.

Now you really must collect the milky white Creature.  It looks better in natural light.

Just a plain old 90w light bulb, I guess.
