I've always really liked these goofy things.

They are called Loony Goons and came with a small gold tag attached on them. These are the only four that I've ever been able to find. I wish there were more cause I really love 'em.

I'll post photos of mine with the tags soon. It looks like your Witch still has her gold string.

There was another series that had funny sayings on the bases that I've only found two of. They also have the same gold tags but instead of saying Loony Goon like the four you pictured they say Zombie, etc. They are even cooler in my opinion. I'll post some photos of them as well (it's just too late and I'm going to bed).
