Well thanks Charp 13, that is a very nice comment.  Soon I will be posting some Wolf Man pics and a few other costume variations when I get home and find time to work on them.

hhhhhhhhhhhhhh- I can't breathe!!!!    These are so wonderful!!!!!   I can't even post our party pics! Reason #1- I barely can use photobucket without yelling for help   And  Reason #2- Our costumes are LAME compared to yours!  Year 1 of our annual Halloween Party- We were Donald and Daisy Duck (store bought costumes)  Year 2- Cruella and my husband insisted on being a gladiator, buy pulling a fit in the costume store that would top any 10 year old's!   year 3- ill-fated vampire costumes, etc.

No... in the spirit of this thread, I think everyone should just relax about the 'quality' of their costumes.  There's no qualified critics here.  I think we all would appreciate ANY pics.  SHOW US PICS!! :)

Charp - great Halloween shots! My favorite is SpongeBob - the spatula accessory shows that you're willing to go the extra mile for authenticity!  ;D

Hilarious costumes Charp 13.  At the last Halloween Party I went to there was a couple dressed up in "Biggest Looser" costumes, those inflatable ones, the guy was kind of tall and his wife very short.  OMG they were hilarious.  My wife and I could not stop laughing every time we saw them.  Wish I had a picture.  The short woman looked like a weeble.  Funniest thing I ever saw.  I always love and appreciate the humorous costumes as well as the scary spooky ones.  Now we just have to get you up to speed on how to post them on here.

Awesome, Charp!  I have been getting some help setting up a Flickr account (thanks, Scatter) and I will be scanning some old Halloween pics and putting them in this thread.... My lousy costumes will make you feel better about yourself, promise.  You and I can 'round out' the spectrum with our sub-par creations, OK? ;)

Whoa!  Those are good costumes, Charp.  The vampiress was cool.  Keep 'em coming if you can.

Thanks for the kind words. We just started the new party era 3 years ago, so that our grandson could experience the insanity that is a Halloween Party. The first couple years we had a mandatory "no gore" clause in the invite because we had small guests. But this year anything goes! Every kid is older, and wiser and has been subjected to my monster room, so they know what to expect. It will be pretty cool to get to raise the scary bar this year!  Back in the 80s & 90s, we had kid Halloween parties for our offspring and they sorta turned out ok  :)
