My name is Count Wolkoff.

A long time ago, I had little interest in monster and horror movies. It gradually subsided over the years, it started when I gave a handful of old Universal VHS tapes a rental back during the 2001 Halloween season, and blossomed into a profound appreciation thanks to such content creators like James Rolfe and Dark Corner Reviews on YouTube. My love of the CASTLEVANIA series of games, which was partially inspired by the classic films of the 1920-1960 era, potentially nurtured this love.

I also like to write, and have actually self-published a children's book on Amazon, though I don't want to come off as a shill.
Not much of an artist, for my two cents, as humans and hands are some of my worst enemies in that field.

I think more youngsters would be fans of the Classic Monsters, if they gave them a fair chance.  Too many will never even try to appreciate B&W film.  So much artistry they will never get to enjoy.

You might try old radio dramas and comedies some day.  There is some 30 years of pre-television entertainment out there, just waiting for you to listing to.  Alone - in the dark.
