3) The scene replicas are detailed 'replicas' of key scenes with figures and accessories, designed to replicate models that a pre-visualization or art department might have used to plan out key scenes or camera angels in production... that's the official 'cover' , we prefer to call them detailed accurate play-sets for big boys and girls ;-)4)Affordability is key to us and you will see a wide range of items at a number of price points starting at $15 and under. We are working hard to keep the entry price point prop replicas at $50 and under, these will be complimented by higher priced prop replica items.5) Figures are tricky, I can say that traditional action figures or dolls are not in our initial line up. To be honest we feel that Sideshow did a stunning job and why try to improve on near perfection? Credit where credit is due after all. But we love figures too, its what monsters are all about! But to work financially they need to be carried and sell at mainstream retail and the market is just not ready. Fear not, we do have some figure concepts in our line up that will we hope pave the way for more figural things . Barry
Edward Van Sloan rips apart what was presumably a balsa or box board prop lid to 'create' the stake so its not really even a prop in the true sense. (I wonder how many takes it took to get that shot and how many boxes he destroyed and splinters he got?) Its also a big piece of wood, at least 24" long. Honestly is it that exciting as a replica? Really interested to hear more opinions on this.
