Way back when I was still in middle school I saw a college production of Edgar Allen Poe tales, the only one I can recall for sure that they did was The Tell Tale Heart. At the time it had a profound impact on me I remember it being very well done (& acted) for such a small production.Wizard of Oz~probably the only play I've seen with anyone of note, Bob Keeshan (Captain Kangaroo) played the wizardDisney's Beauty & The BeastA Christmas CarolPhantom of the OperaLes MiserablesSpring Awakening
We're kind of lucky in here in Louisville because Actor's Theater has been doing different productions of "Dracula" seasonally for many years. It has become the Fall equivalent of "A Christmas Carol."
Big Swan, the Vinnie "D&D" is a play I am very sorry I never got to see--he felt it was the best thing he'd done in the latter half of his life. You're a lucky guy to have seen that!
I have seen two stage performances and both were excellant.joseph and the amazing technicolor dreamcoat and diversions and delights w/vincent price
Shameless promotion: I'm in Grand Hotel: the Musical (in St. Louis, MO) and it's set to go up in April. I'm really excited and telling everyone how great it's going to be. I'm playing Greta Garbo's role in the movie ver.Other than that I just saw William Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" a couple nights ago. Very well done, great comedy schtick throughout. Really had the audience laughing.
