Mad Max has the DP Tor Johnson mask.  There is an obscure 90s art film called Nadia that repeatedly shows a Telco Dracula shaking horror head.  If you want to get reeeeally obscure, the second pilot episode of the Hulk had an Imperial Congo Gorilla jiggler hanging from a car rearview mirror.  I'm going by memory on that one, so anyone with the DVD can check my accuracy.

I haven't seen The 40-year-old Virgin, but I heard he has monster stuff in his collection.

I must see Nadia again. I not remember well. I only remember that is a good B/W Vampiric horror movie, something weird and bizarre.
Yes, in the 40 year old virgin, the guy is an action figure collector. He have several sideshow figures: Creature from the black lagoon, Nosferatu... etc, but I don't like the end of the movie
