I love this band because they are very different. Sounds like Danny Elfman dropped some acid and had a bad trip. Halfway thru the song it turns 180 degrees then turns back again.

Char,Hope you were talking about The Wicked and not Chrome. Chrome was HUGE in the 80's 90's and have a TON of stuff out as does the main guy Helious Creed.
Glad someone besides me likes this stuff. They (The Wicked)are kind of on the outer fringe. You may like this one better. I had the CD but stupidly (again) sold it tho I did burn most of it. Another Danny Elfman in hell on a bad acid trip meets industrial blackish metal. You won't be able to understand most of the lyrics without a lyric sheet but on this CD most of the songs tell a story loosely based on the writings H.P. Lovecraft. BTW , they had a couple other cuts that are epic industrial darkness then it turns into a college marching band from hell with heavy synths. BTW if you watch this one you can pretty much stop at about the 5:00 mark because the last 3+ minutes is all noises like steam compression and some voices in the background which is rather boring.

You may be surprised but I am a big fan of college marching bands and drumline stuff. The college bands especially the black schools have SOO much talent with the kicking brass , killer drum lines and precision choreography it is like a well oiled machine.
