Richard

Mike, the tray frames are 11" x 14".

Here is a 17" x 22" example that I "squeezed" off of my flatbed scanner...

Best,
Richard

Oh, and the largest puzzles like this last Wolf Man example I posted ...all had #6582 as an item number.

Thanks again! That's the first time I'd seen a WM 17x22.

Thank you, Zombophoto!!!

I wish I had better quality on the Jaymar puzzles. Passed up some pretty minty puzzles over time...what was I thinking? Should've, could've, would've... but am thankful for what I have.

You mentioned (on the "Big Frankie" postings) seeing my Dodge Chargers on my web site...and there's a similar story here.
I am thankful for the opportunity to have owned the Chargers I did. But I passed up buying a beautiful red 1967 Charger with a 426ci hemi as I thought the asking price of something like  $1,500 was a bit much (the year 1972). I had a chance on a damaged 1969 Charger Daytona (like the Plymouth Superbird) and passed on that too.  As my mother used to say, "Too smart, too late!"

I am going to try to get a picture of another couple of Jaymar variations that I have. The pieces are thick and have a yellow frame around  3 sides but don't appear to have come from a tray. Or maybe they did, who knows? I will post pics when I can.

Best,
Richard

The Phantom Creep

Looking forward to them!!

I know, it's best not to think about what we've passed on over the years.

A discussion you and I have had a number of times over the years.  Still, the ones I got are better than the ones that got away.

Richard, I too give much thanks, especially for the medium sized Mummy puzzle and the item numbers.  Man is that Mummy puzzle rare.  I've started a Jaymar thread in the Memorable Memorabilia about the releases and variations with questions perhaps only you can answer!

Best,

Wish I had the other games that nice, but I'm glad this was the Mummy, 'cause I'll probably never see better pics of it.

Mike, I really like the way you presented the Mummy game! This is of great help in deciding what pictures to take. I will try to follow your guide with some of my board games and post pics here. Hopefully, they won't look too beat up (because they have been well played with)

Best,
Richard

Well, I did a lot of Photoshop on the Mummy game, just to sorta neaten it up some. To me, it's the graphics on the game that are the important part.

I took another run at the box bottom and added the top side panel and game cards.

Found a nice Wolf Man game, so I fixed it up, too. The board pic is a little bit smaller, but bigger that the one we had. Anybody have a Wolf Man game card you can scan for me?

Mike, don't forget to include this one to your stable of games. It's the most underrated game of the entire Mystery Game series.
