I just got this response from the seller..

HI, IT IS A CIN ART BUST, I MADE THE BASE & AIR BRUSHED THE FACE. & ADDED HAIR. I HAVE SMALLER BUSTS ON AROUND THE NEW YEAR PLUS 2 CREACHER OF THE BLACK LAGOON IN 1/6 SCALE ONE I MADE THE GIRL FOR THE DIORAMA, & IT IS SIGHNED & BUY HER & THE GUY THAT PLAYED THE CREACHER & I ALSO HAD THEM PRINT THERE NAME TOO. THEY BOTH SAID THEY NEVER HADE PRINTED THRE NAME ON ANYTHING. A ONE OF A KIND. PLUS A FRANKENSTEIN DIORAMA FOR SOME ONE TO FINISH. THANKS, GLAD YOU LIKE HIM I DO AIR BRUSHING FOR PEOPLE .IF YOU SEE A KIT YOU NEED PAINTED & BUILT .LET ME KNOW. I DO IT CHEEPER THAN MOST BECAUSE I AM RETIRED & LOVE TO PAINT.


So it it a custom job.  A nice one too
