Can You Name This Zone/Limits Episode?

People lose contact with world outside their town.  When they travel to the town limit to see what's up, they discover that the world outside their town has ceased to exist - or they have ripped away from it.

I wanted to re-watch this one, but can't remember the name or series.  I have both on DVD, just don't know where to look.

Help, anyone?

They did another version of the 1964 original in 1997.
