I think it's a spoof on the wash detergent Fab, along the same line as the non-sports sets making fun of grocery store products and foods.

Why would detergent have a flavor?

Hi Mike.  It's a spoof,  a take-off from Wacky Packages cards and stickers, the series made fun of everything with a lot of grocery type items as well as non-food items like this, some were actually really funny.

I know, but why use the word "flavored" for detergent? Even a spoof should make some sense. You don't eat soap.

Mike,  yea, I agree,  this one might have been done in "bad taste", no pun intended--I guess you'd have to go back and ask the artist who produced it.
