Unknown Frankenstein & Dracula masks ???

so I'm wondering if anyone can help identify the makers of these masks, any info would be great 

this first one is signed & numbered by the artist but i can't make out what it says :

next is a German vinyl Frankenstein mask, i think its a Rudel mask because of the sculpt but not really sure :




last one looks to be an old vinyl Dracula mask, i have no idea who made it:
