DRAC's back and bloodier than ever!

After a decade-long absence,
Dracula
returned to the DPS catalog in 1977 ...
and what d'ya know: my post-count as of today matches its number in the series!
They were only available at select stores back then. Not all retailers were willing
to display such a horrific visage on their shelves.
I scored a first edition early in the year. I believe they were running $44 at that time >
Production on
Dracula
masks resumed during the mid 1980s.
By then, the paint scheme had changed somewhat >
DP's Retro/Classic line of 2001-'03 hosted the character's final encore >
Dracula
hasn't risen from the grave since, except for a few custom castings
while the master mold was in limited use following its sale at auction >
All you mask collectors: lure the Prince of Darkness from his lair
and post pics for all to behold.

I may have the last surviving Retro Line Drac in presentable condition . If not for the foaming he'd be long gone because of the unstable latex used.
