Classic Monsters Magazine?

Hey all,

I'm wondering if any of you have experience with this magazine/publication? I don't think I'll subscribe, but their individual Franchise and Ultimate Guides look incredible Just how dangerous a road is this for a man and his wallet to travel down?

I notice that their prices are all in pounds sterling. This is a British publication, yes?
The covers look very impressive but I almost never do business internationally. If I
do have any issues, they probably came from local conventions.

Yeah, they're based in the UK. Part of my hesitation. I'm not sure what condition things would be in by the time they finally arrived!

Great mag.! I have all issues plus all of the Universal movie Ultimate Guides (and a few other '20s, '30s classics.).

It's an investment! You can't get them in the US, anymore (except maybe eBay, or some back issues from mymoviemonsters.com) .

If you order from the publisher, or from Hemlock Books, they will cost about $20 an issue with the postage. The more book you buy, the cheaper the postage for each.

The more you buy the better your chances to avoid damage. I don't get any more damage than I do ordering from US publishers. Sometimes you get a little corner bump, but nothing major. If you want absolute perfection, don't order mags thru the mail!
