Sir Masksalot

It was just on TCM this week so I watched it for the first time in a while. 'One of those movies
that improves with each viewing. It's got two of my favorite themes going for it: adventure on
the high seas and treasure hunting. 'Also a haunting music score, exciting fight scenes, fine
performances, and even "a monster" of sorts. 'Anyone else a fan?

Also a haunting music score

By John Barry. And those "wet t-shirt" shots of Jacqueline Bisset!  :)

Doh!

Haven't seen that since it came out. Remember liking it at the time, but that opening scene made me feel funny in my swimsuit area.

Great film! The real wreck used for filming in the movie is on my list of places to dive.

The Deep was produced by Casablanca Records and Filmworks and their first film. The very same Casablanca Records who is responsible for producing such musical acts as Village People, Donna Summer, KISS, Parliament and others.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Lunkenstein

I like it. It was fun seeing Robert Shaw in this just a couple years after JAWS.
