Creature with Scuba Diver, Question!

I recently bought 500 built models and there were about six creature kits, this one I've never seen before and was wondering if anyone had any info.

It's a keeper , just wanted to know it's history.

It's similar to another kit called Devonian Encounter, I think by Jeff Yagher. The Creature was doing the same thing, but to Julia in the white swimsuit.

I couldn't find much info about this kit. It's resin and 1/9 scale and a LE of around 25 (?).

Do the names "Scott" (first? last?), or "Fuzzyclay" (sculptor? producer?) do anything for you?

I'm not a fan of the one with Julia and the boat, this one defies gravity and I really like the sculpt.

No idea on make or quantity, figured you guys would know.

"Buc" Wheat says it was produced/sculpted by Scott Gates (Gates Sculpture Studio) in 2011. Titled "Gone Fishin'".
