I watched the first episode. I like the concept, including how the main character explains it to a potential client, but I wasn't hooked by the first episode. The characters are interesting, if a bit stereotypical. Some of the humor worked, some seemed forced. Character interaction often seemed to rely on common tropes, especially with the rival real estate agent. I’m interested enough to give it a couple episodes to see if I can get into it. From what the pilot seems to be setting up, I think my interest will depend on how things are developed and the balance between characterization and plot.
