Packaging is important.  Otherwise with the Lootcrate BK figures, they'd put them in a clear plain baggie.  It's in a repro of the BK bag with printing on it. 

Now they could have appealed to noth the collector and those  who want to have the figures in hand by making a ziplock bag with the printing on it...best of both worlds.  But perhaps they want you tu o buy 2...one to keep in the bag and one to open.

It's actually a pretty nice scale up of the head for the old BK toy.  I knew what it was supposed to be immediately.  I'm pretty excited about this.

Yeah, I like it a lot. The last time I tried Loot Crate (for those Remco style masks) I ultimately cancelled the order, so I hope this goes more smoothly. The whole Loot Crate thing is a bit more confusing than it needs to be imo. I emailed them yesterday, and it sounds like the Frankenstein should be released in October and the Dracula in December. So Wolf Man and Creature will be after (I assume, at least) in February and April.

Got my Bride and Dracula and opened 'em up. The paint application on both figures is tight! Plus, the gray-lined cape on Drac has some nice heft to it. Loving this series!

Finally, last week I traveled just about an hour from my local home Target, and scored!
They had color Bride, Phantom, Invisible Man, and Dracula b/w ver. Grabbed ‘em all in my anxious claws and enjoyed my triumphant drive back homewards!

The staff there echoed the same story that curses my local area.  Their Neca vendor has left them high, and dry of late.  They are not frequenting their stores for restocking as they once did.  She said she has to go into delivered boxes, placed in their back storeroom by these vendors, and dig through them to place newer items on the shelves.

I have a sweet worker here in my local area too that figured this out, and gives me a heads up on these back storage dumped boxes.  She scored for me the Bride b/w ver, and a Phantom.  An extra Phantom to open and ‘feast my eyes, and glut my soul upon his cursed ugliness’.

Got my notification for Burger King Frank!  Very excited.  Should be billed for Dracula on 10/15 apparently.  Need to pay attention so I can cancel that sub after figure 4 hits

Edit:  Ok so I was finally able to get into my account and it is indeed a subscription. Good to know. I also added code " KFMS " which is supposed to take 30% off the next crate, I hope it works. Anyone else have luck with discount codes?

As far as I know, any plan is recurring until you cancel, and you just have a say in how you are billed.

I've used the KFMS code on both orders.  (It's good once per email, but I just used a different email for the Drac crate. I have a few dummy emails for just such an occassion.  )

Reports are that the Lootcrate BK monster baggies are resealable. Think "zip-lock" bag. So that's kind of cool.
