Neat kit! (I really like the bird.) It is of course a take-off on the Mouse Trap board game:



But I think calling it a monster model kit would be stretching it.

Hepcat: While you can argue that Lindberg was inspired to pursue the theme by the success of Mousetrap, both the kit and game (along with Aurora's Nutty Nose Nipper and MPC's licensed kits) were all spawned from  Rube Goldberg's long-running cartoon feature The Adventures of Professor Lucifer G. Butts, A.K..

Blurp is the most iconic, but I like Satan's Crate and Mad Monster

I actually think that Satan's Crate and Road Hog are the most iconic in the sense that they're the best known.

I don't think any of the Lindy Looneys have nearly the charm of the Hawk Weird-Ohs though.
