Monarch went out of business several years ago.
EDIT: But I see they seem to be coming back. Cool.

I met Scott McKillup about 10 years ago at two Wonderfests in Louisville.  He had a table at the first two and had just started releasing kits.  He had The Fly box and a couple of pictures along with his other kits that had or were coming out.  Then of course five or so years ago he shut down just because he couldn't handle the business they way he wanted.  He is some type of doctor in Canada and this was more a serious hobby than any kind of money making venture.  I have also seen the rumors of starting up again and he's tweaked the interest on FB.  Here are a couple of pictures I got at WF so long ago.  I have all his models so far and would be delighted with new kits, particularly The Fly.

I met Scott McKillup about 10 years ago at two Wonderfests in Louisville.... He is some type of doctor in Canada....

Dr. Scott McKillop is a radiologist in London, Ontario where I was born and raised. London also where the famous O-Pee-Chee card company was located and where both Carling Breweries and Labatt Breweries got their start back in the nineteenth century. Labatt Breweries is still in operation and sells more beer than any other brewery in Canada although these days it's sadly just a component part of the Belgian multi-national AB InBev.
