No, not soup. 

These 1 Oz. 999 pure Silver Bullion coins are showing up on eBay.  They are being listed as belonging to a "Vintage Horror Series", but I have not found any examples of any other Universal monsters.  Might just be too soon, since these are pre-sales of items that will be released around 3/10/2020.

The Frankenstein is available in 1 & 2 Oz. issues, but both coins are 39mm diameter.*  The 2 Oz. coin is just thicker.

* The old U.S. Silver Dollar was 40mm.

I'm guessing you won't. These don't have any Universal copyrights on them and I don't see any boxes, or other packaging. I think they are trying to pass these off as book Frank and Drac, even though the images are from the Uni movies. The Mickey Mouse ones have a Disney c.
