NECA Headknocker Dracula

Does anyone know where I can find a Neca Dracula headknocker for a decent price? I have every other bobblehead in the set except that one. The only one on ebay currently is $399+ shipping. I would pay half that. I have the Royal Bobbles Lugosi bobble that was just released but I am a completest and want the last Neca one.
