Favorite commentaries or extras on classic DVD/Bluray
« on: June 28, 2019, 07:58:55 PM »
Unless you have been living in a cave the past few decades, you have probably come across a commentary(or two), or extras included on a genre film that you may have enjoyed. Was it full of info on a film that you now like that much more due to the contents of the commentary or other extras?

If this may be the case, please comment here on which is your favorite.

A few of mine:

THE WOLF MAN(1941) with commentary by Tom Weaver
RETURN OF THE VAMPIRE(1943) with commentary by Gary Don Rhodes
HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL(1959) with commentary by Steve Haberman
CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON(1954) with commentary by Tom Weaver
SPIDER BABY(1964) with commentary by Jack Hill & Sid Haig
MAN FROM PLANET X(1951) with commentary by Tom Weaver
THE BODY SNATCHER(1945) with commentary by Steve Haberman and Robert Wise
COUNT YORGA, VAMPIRE(1970) with commentary by David Del Valle and Tim Sullivan
ISLAND OF TERROR(!966) with commentary by Robert J Kiss
MASK OF FU MANCHU(1932) with commentary by Greg Mank
DR.JEKYLL & MR.HYDE(1931) with commentary by Greg Mank

I really like the "Dracula Restoration" segment on Blue Ray. So cool seeing how they cleaned it up. "Monster by Moonlight" by John Landis on The Wolf Man blue-ray is awesome too.

I really like the Monster By Moonlight one as well, another great one is ABBOTT & COSTELLO MEET THE MONSTERS from the Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein dvd/bluray
