Hello all. Has anyone seen these small monster toys for kids called Little Figz? I saw them at Walmart the other day. Six little monster figures with an obvious  Creature. Two separate packs of 6, same figures but only different colors (blue and green Creature).

I think the Little Figz Creature is the only one that looks halfway cute.

Not licensed (of course), but the Creature looks good. I hate to buy a box full of monsters just to get one.

For what they are I don't think those are half bad. I wish there was more stuff like that for kids even if it isn't licensed. Doesn't mean I'll buy it all but some mom will certainly throw it in the cart for some kid and that kid may just become a monster fan (that's what Remco Mini Monsters did for me).

There certainly isn't a shortage of cheap superhero and Star Wars stuff in stores and it doesn't seem to hurt the brand for those properties. It also doesn't stop anyone from making high quality collectibles. Probably not a popular take in these parts but I'm a big fan of kids playing with actual toys.

I usually don't buy unlicensed Creature stuff, but I like these and will probably get them. I'll probably give the others to my nieces and nephews.

Yeah, that's a pretty close likeness. I imagine when the Universal licensing people catch wind there will be some scary letters being mailed from their attorneys.

Stocking stuffers for Christmas - or, if they are little enough, inside plastic eggs for Easter.
