I looked at the Facebook post, but it doesn’t offer much information about the event; is there a more detailed account available?

We will be adding a lot over the next few weeks... sponsor forms, vendor applications, and pricing information is all coming! We have amazing show exclusives to be announced as well! Definitely keep checking the page, and if you haven’t yet clicked “interested” do so, as that will notify you of all updates as they are added.

We will also be adding an info page and links to my studio page at www.scottfensterersculpture.com with full info and updates as well... including an eventual link for tickets and vip package info which will include a VIP reception, exclusive photo ops, and more.

Florida is way off my stomping grounds so be sure to post lots of pictures from the event. It's beyond awesome that Ricou Browning has agreed to participate.
He's as much a lesson in longevity as the movie's popularity. Maybe I should take up swimming, too. I also can't wait to see your new Creature suit in action.

Just wrapped up this event about an hour ago. My daughter and I had a great time with only a couple of minor issues. The tee shirts which were available  from the event organizers were cool, as well as the celebration’s pin. This was my first trip to Silver Springs, and being a big Sea Hunt fan I really enjoyed seeing the location and taking a cruise on the glass bottom boats. Also, I’d never heard of  the “Kilted Creature”, a bag pipe playing Creature musician, before today. It was fun hearing their music and I picked up their three pack cd.
As always Rico Browning was phenomenal and meeting him again meant a lot to me. He’s responsible in part for my love of scuba diving and I always learn something from hearing him speak. I was glad my daughter got to meet him as well. We were disappointed in our photo shoot with Rico as it was not what we were expecting; we basically paid 100.00 dollars for the two of us to take cell phone snap shots in poor lighting. At other events I’ve attended the photo shoots were done by an event photographer with professional prints included in the fee. Oh well, Rico’s daughter snapped a great shot of my daughter and me with her dad so all is good. It’s also  great knowing that the money goes towards charity.
Over all I’m glad we traveled from the Pacific Northwest down to Florida for this event. We spent some time snorkeling with Manatees at Crystal  Springs, so that was an extra treat to round out the weekend.
Happy 65th Blacky !

Me and the wife got to attend the event. Drove down from Atlanta and arrived around 330. I had a late Friday gig and didn’t make it home until 4 that morning so we missed most of the day activities. Some decent vendors and was great to see Rico again. Was very disappointed in the panel he did. Couldn’t hear him or the interviewer due to other folks on the other side of the room having conversations. About half through a lady  asked them to turn up the mics in witch they did so it got a little better. Watched about the first 30 minutes of the movie and decided to head over to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights. I’m glad we went and we did have fun but it seemed a little non eventful to me. Just my opinion.
On side note , we attended the 50th anniversary at Walkula springs when Ben,Rico,Julie and Ginger all attended. That was one of the greatest times ever!
Everybody needs to believe in something , I believe I'll have another beer!
