School Me On This Tech

These digital movie codes that come on a card in with you Blu-ray movie. Can I give these to someone else to use? Do they require a "proof of purchase", or anything else to use it? Do you download a large movie file to your HD, or is it stored on line, somewhere? If so, does it ever expire? Thanks!

I think they would be transferable.  Sometimes, they are stored online, but you should be able to download a copy to your computer.  There are expiration dates.  The film may eventually be taken down by a set date and you lose it unless you download it.

Looks like all you need is an "app" and the code. I think it would be a good idea to save them to your HD, if you wanted to watch them in the future.

I've been throwing these things away for years! Never occurred to me to give them to somebody else to use.

Apparently, you have to go to "Movies Anywhere" to DL the movies and they store them. I'm afraid to push any buttons, over there, 'cause I might lose one of the movies.
