Here's the creepiest Christmas elf EVER. He's sitting near the top of my Christmas tree, staring down at me as I type this. Help!

That looks just like one that I beheaded to make the Dracula Elf.  Now you know...with the monster heads they are much less frightening!!!

Gakenstein, that is a fantastic Santa Franky you have there. Did you do the customizing job yourself? That looks way better than Sideshow's own Christmas editions.

Yep, Herr General, it's my own work -- a real rush job slapped together with sculpey for the cap and thick impasto white acrylic for the Santa fur.  I wanted something monstrous amongst our nativities, snowmen, and Santas.  Got the idea about a week before Christmas day and worked on it after dinner when I wasn't too tuckered out from toiling at the gift shop. Would like to add real fur and some other details before the holiday rolls around again next year.

This figure is confusing my 18 month old son, Brendan, who knows both Santa ("Sanna!") and Frankenstein ("Stein!") but just kinda shuts down when he sees this mind-bending combo.  Poor kid... poor future Monster Kid that is!!!
