Joe Bob's 24 hour movie marathon will air on Shudder TV on JUNE 22. That's right...dusk to dawn to dusk to almost dawn with Joe Bob introducing and interrupting the movies, just like he used to do in the good old days. The Mail Girl will be back, and he'll also have some very special guests.

Shudder is available on Amazon Prime, Roku etc and has a free, live feed. We'll make sure to post all the details on how you can watch the show as the date gets closer.

Wow, I didn't know SHUDDER was available on Amazon Prime.  Thanks for the heads up. I have so many services, I don't know what all I have, lol.

Wow, I didn't know SHUDDER was available on Amazon Prime.  Thanks for the heads up. I have so many services, I don't know what all I have, lol.

I've been told that Shudder through Amazon Prime does not have all the stuff that signing up straight through Shudder has and you can't sign up for Shudder through Shudder and watch  it through Amazon Prime.  It's a cool concept but they need multi-device/platform viewing; there is no Shudder app. available for smart TVs.  Luckily my wife's phone will run a screen mirroring app. (mine sure won't) but I haven't even really got to check anything out on Shudder besides a few episodes of Core because I can only watch on the p.c.

So the reason I was posting in this thread was to remind all that The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs is on tonight; 8pm cst/9pm est.

It appears as though Shudder's servers can't handle the volume; a complete server meltdown can only help Joe Bob get a new show when they realize the fanbase.

It's old news at this point, but Joe Bob Briggs will be returning to Shudder for two holiday marathons on Nov. 22 and Dec. 21.

I had a chance to see him in-person at The Scarefest convention last weekend. He came off as kind of reserved compared to the other guests I spoke to. Maybe he was just indifferent to meeting randos looking to buy his autograph. As a longtime fan, I still shelled out $30 for a signed mini poster:

The two holiday marathons have led to a new show on Shudder, starting in March. Haven't heard an official premiere date, yet.

Shudder’s weekly series The Last Drive-In, which will be hosted by the enigmatic and charming Joe Bob Briggs, has gotten a trailer that reveals the weekly series will begin airing March 29! The nine-episode series will see Briggs host a new double-feature beginning every Friday at 9pm EST. The final episode will air on May 24.

We’ve had the “Last Drive-In” 24-hour marathon, the “Last Drive-In” Thanksgiving marathon, and the “Last Drive-In” Christmas marathon, but the Shudder audience kept asking for some kind of programming that didn’t require sleep deprivation and controlled substances. The nine weeks of double features we chose for the series range over five decades and include everything from classics to obscurities to foreign cult offerings, with a handful of guests who have agreed to play around with us in our Texas trailer park. We don’t want to say we got carried away with the possibilities here, but we kind of got carried away with the possibilities here.
