I am digging the Paper People. Especially Wolfman. Duh. How much and where are the questions for guys like me. Besides the convention or ebay. ;D

The Skeletor one is.....$45.00.  These are debuting at New York Comic Con but should be available online too.  I want the Crimson Ghost but I don't know if I can justify the price.

Well....yes and no,lol. I was only allowed to buy mine as a set.

I thought maybe you bought them at SDCC. They were probably selling them as a set, too.

$45? Ouch! Still interested but disapointed about that price point.
Does putting rivits in card stock REALLY cost that much?

A few years back some company released jointed die cuts and they were $35. There was a neat saucermen i wanted  but i passed at that price. $45 is just too much.  :'(

I never got past the strip search.

Yeah, you miss a lot when you're not around here all day.  Kind of wanted to read the excitement, but...  Oh well!

Anyway, Paper People are awesome.  I would have liked them to look more hand-illustrated, but I will still buy them probably...  45 bucks is not reasonable if that is the price-point, but they are right up my alley...  We'll see.

Dang...this is hot typing. I may just be the new president of the Ohio chapter of your fan club.  8) ;)

This is a good day. There are only a couple of mistakes.  ;D

CCC.

Well, considering the reason I wanted the paper people was to actually hang them up....and $45 is too expensive to do that....I am out. At least I got to see them.

Oh, that can't be the price of the Uni-Diecuts.  That would make them 2½ the price of the $20 buckets!

It MUST cost more to make the buckets, unless...  How tall ARE those buckets, anyway?

Naw, that can't be right.

Maybe the Skeletor price reflects a smaller run and niche market price?  The Universal Monster and Misfits may be relatively niche too but still a bigger market than Skeletor....maybe?

Anton Phibes

Creature buckets on ebay right now. About $60 shipped.

When similar products are available at the Dollar Tree, I can't understand the 45 dollar price tag.  I mean...  they are paper.  Yeah, they may be made in America because they are paper, which means they are going to be more expensive, but they still shouldn't cost this much.  I collect paper.  I collect Halloween and Monster paper.  But, I can't see these realistically being more than 15 bucks.  It should, in theory, cost more to produce a figure on cardstock than just cardstock.
