Nah...  Because Herman had a brown jacket.  When you think about it, MOST of the style guide developed as a result of the Munsters.  1991 colors were all based on the Munsters outfits.  Tweaks were made (Green Jacket) in 1997.  But the basic style guide's colors owes its existence to the Munsters.
