Vampi kit sculpt

Just sculpted this and am considering producing it in resin -- a Monster Scenes style Vampi (1/13 scale) to go with the current kit reissues.  Any interest here...?

I'm not collecting the Monster Scenes kits, vintage or reissued, but I really love the sculpt! Leggy, total 60's, just Vampi all around! Excellent work-

I think it looks great.  I like the comic book style of this.  I think it's really a nice looking sculpt. 

I'd say cast 10-15 and see what happens.   If you need to know about casting, materials needed or resins, I or someone here can help.

Thanks for the positive comments.  And thanks for the offer, Getter_1 -- but I've been involved in the "garage kit" scene for quite a while and have the whole molding/casting thing covered.  This has been posted in other forums and I have a considerable number of pre-orders already....

You really captured the style of the Monster Scenes kits, Terry. I like that your Vampi matches the box art's pose, but does not go overboard in "realism". I'd be interested in one, depending upon price of course.

Terry, Jim Bertges comment is dead on - a more-than-worthy successor to the original Monsters Scenes figure, and with the re-issue of the original pose highly unlikely, filling a void.

The first half of the mold is poured.

Hope to be done and have some castings available fairly soon.

Thanks for the kind words, everybody.  If I could earn a living sculpting, there's nothing else I'd rather do.  So far, I haven't been able to quite make it pay off as I'd like (but I'm workin' on it).  Molds for Vampi should be done SOON.  And, yes, I did just get married, thanks for asking.
