Son of Frankenstein last night.  I think I might like this one better than Bride.  It's a shame the Monster was mute again, but they explained it well enough by saying there might be something wrong with his brain, which was part of the plot for a few movies.  I was also sad to see him engage in actual pre-meditated murder.

Basil Rathbone's weird over acting REALLY stood out next to the Inspector and Ygor, who worked their asses off to make their kind of ridiculous characters work.

Pretty good though.  Hadn't seen this one, and glad I did.  It's all unknown territory from here on out!

Hello Monster Fans. Back online from home once again. I've sure missed this place. The only social media site where I really feel at home. I hope you are all well and staying safe through this epidemic. Viewing this site on a handheld was a little too much for these old eyes. Glad to be back. I really love this place. Got to find a photo hosting site though.

6/8/:
The Creature Legacy Collection:

Welcome back AC!!

Thank you to all. The best social media site there is. All members are not only very polite & courteous, but also very knowledgeable.

I hate to say this but, I NEVER had a good experience on The Classic Horror Film Board (TCHFB).  Most of the members that I came in contact with were VERY argumentative, rude and always had to be the one with the right answer! It was just plain BAD!

Not so here. Universal Monster Army is like a breath of fresh air for (old) Monster-kids like myself. I can't stress that enough!

Back to basics:

Dracula 1931

Memphremagog

The Invisible Man's Revenge(1944)..this afternoon
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

The Mummy's Hand
The Mummy's Tomb

Yesterday.  Took me three tries to watch Hand, as I kept watching it too late in the evening and falling asleep.

I was surprised they killed the characters they did in Tomb.  Recurring characters are so rare in these movies to begin with outside of the monsters.
