I bet your repro has an open sleeve at the top and drac is easily removed.   Plus I think Samjo lists his repro's as repro's
Yes it does.

Ian.     was it you?

I think I paid 350.00 back in the day, but today, right now, I bet that would of shot up towards the upper who knows?
I know a couple of people who would love to have this.    might be worth it to sell it here instead of ebay fees.
I think I paid around $275-$300 for mine.

It was me.

I hesitated to buy it because the seller wanted $15 for shipping.  (He shipped it 2-Day Priority.)

I had not been following these and had no idea of what price they were fetching.  Another member e-mailed me and told me I got a buy.  Then I found this thread here.

It is very clean.  Nice tight rings that line up properly.  Kinda big and heavy for a binder - made me think it was vintage, but I really had no idea...

My dumb luck.

Dumb people like me need all of it we can get.

Makes a nice companion to my vintage Universal Monsters lunch box.

(Did anyone make a nice pencil box that I should be searching for?)

Well, it's nice to know I got a deal.  But I don't value it as a collectible any the more for that fact.

Knowing it is prized by others will probably affect how gently I handle it in the future.  I like to keeps things nice for whoever gets all this junk when I'm gone.

If he put it up with a BIN of $22.00, he did not!

Mike can you believe it?   my puny mind is still reeling.

I collect only Frankenstein.

I'll leave the others to other collectors - Hope they get them for $23 each!

Congratulations and great news to hear it was a collector who won it and even better that they're on here. I love seeing these things get into the right hands as it seems to happen less and less these days.

Enjoy it!

That's a lot more likely than me ever being praised for anything I did on purpose.
