A guy has a job at the oceanside, he also has an unusual neighbor. One that occasionally visits other people in town when he's looking for dinner..

A guy and his girlfriend go to check out his inheritance: a remote residence that has been rented for years by some very odd tennents; ones that have no intention of moving out for the new owners even if they have to kill them to continue with their long and strange existence..
