"Earth vs The Flying Saucers" 2nd ed.

If you were disappointed with the 1st ed. made of white plastic, check out the 2nd ed. made with silver plastic. It even has a cooler bkgnd! I just got one and I think I'll get another, so I can display it flying and landed.

For anyone not familiar with this kit, it is 5" diameter, snaps together and has a flashing dome light. Sells for under $20.

Makes sense it's that size, based upon the classic pizza stand in your photo.

'Cool detail in a small scale is huge.

I don't get what I'm supposed to do with those? They aren't mentioned in the instructions. I just put them back in the box.

Perhaps they put one of there TRIPOD kits in by mistake?

Seriously though kit looks great, who makes it?

Hey Mike
I found a photo of the first edition "Earth vs The Flying Saucers" showing the pizza stand turned upside down so the flying saucer could be displayed in the flying mode. I think that's how it's used!

It would have been cool if, with the 2nd edition, they had changed the tripod stand to clear plastic.

Maybe you can find some little clear plastic part to substitute.

Oh, that's what it is! Thanks!

BTW, you can see the old bkgnd in that pic. Really boring, compared to the new one.

Creature from the Black lagoon is nowhere to be seen. Have you finally become one of us, and furthered beyond Creechie?
