I'm not going to stop clamoring for a Tor Johnson/ Vampira 2-pack. I simply refuse to give in. Martin, am I coming through loud & clear? LOL

JP

I really like this idea. Another idea I like just as much would be a 1/6 Tor Johnson figure. You would ave to put a 1/6 scale fat suit on the figure to make it accurate. ;D

How are we looking for next month? Any clues?

Another idea I like is the one above  ;D

I shouldn't let the cat out of the bag just yet, but what is next on the menu will be legendary.

You should let the cat out of the bag. Don't make me call the ASPCA. ;D

I agree with the above also (again), and just to say that my Airport Zombie arrived today which is the fastestest shipping ever for a DD figure, looks like the new shipping method is working  :D

Like Bub which I picked up this zombie is another fantastic addition to the collection and has an amazing head sculpt and some mind-blowing paintwork to go with it. It's hard to believe this is hand made where it's so good (well not that surprising judging by all the previous ones), the clothing to is amazing as ever so I'm a very happy chap  ;D

Keep up the great work martin and the team!

Don't give up on either of those, HH. As a matter of fact, that Werewolf I have just agreed to do the paintwork for as a freelance.  So definitely don't give up on him. The sculpt is nice. Hope I can do it justice.

Good to hear, Anton. I know you'll do an excellent job.

I still hold out faint hope for the Blind Dead Templar. I know Martin would sell through quickly on those in DD small runs. I think many of these potential figures are at a big disadvantage because he obviously isn't a Eurohorror fan. But, anything's possible...

Never give up hope. Recently watched a few of the Blind Dead films so anything possible. Its all about time.
Hope everyone got the tracking number i attached to their paypal receipts. The ones sent to US are just arriving in the country so expect them soon.

Hey HH and Martin: here is a custom I did a few years ago.  It can be done. I don't even think I have watched one of those flicks, lol. Just went by reference pics.

hair is glued on, not sculpted. I used a custom sculpt mego style Ghost Rider head and a robe from a wrestling figure. Painted with weathering effects and railroad mud. Skeletal hands and arms from an emce zombie build a figure kit.

With Martin's resources, he could do a much better job in his sleep.

I remember this figure from years ago. I thought the figure was extrememly well done. This was before I knew you.

Good job, man! Still guardedly hoping for a DD version at some point. Albeit some far-flung point. It would make a killer 1/6th scale figure, but then most any figure is better at 1/6th scale.

Ossorio's Blind Dead films have a large fan-base. It's widely considered as one of the most important Spanish Horror series. The figures would disappear as quickly as anything else DD has produced.

BTW, Anton, I'm lovin' that Verne Langdon Zombie 1/6th scale figure...and the Tiki Mug and Swizzle Sticks are spectacular!
