Honestly, The Phantom Planet is one of my guilty pleasures. It's got a cool monster, some gorgeous women, impossible science featuring a planet that is actually a meteor and more. How could I ask for anything more?

But of course it was featured on MST3K, so it has it's fair share of detractors and (unfairly in my opinion) sits on many Worst of all Time lists now because of it.

Teenage Frankenstein, still an awesome character.

The Teen monsters are a little too ritzy for the bargain basement, Glenn. But Closet Monster and Jan in the pan....oh yes!!!  Esp. Closet Monsetr. Hot mess of play doh and gore. Gotta love it. ;D ;D ;)

I agree about the teen monsters. A little upper crust for this thread. I never thought I'd be saying that about the Teen Frank make-up.  ;D

Here's Jan!

Ya know...as wonky a concept as Attack of the Crab Monsters is....you can't say its not original. I like that goofy thing.

What makes them weird is the fact they have regular eyes with eye lids.

Me too. Most of the time, the more goofy the monster, the more I love it.
