Now THIS says X-mas!  Not FF but very cool!  :-*

Oh, I agree! Any cover with Old Saint Nick captures the very essence of Xmas.  My own copy:

And here's Uncle Creepy himself in festive garb:

MADBALLS!

These bouncy monstrosities were a craze which spawned comics, a cartoon, and endless knock-offs and imitations, some of which were pretty cool. There was also a figure line which had spring-loaded 'popping heads'. I can still smell the rubber!

Another toy that was after my time, but I can see that they were out-of-sight awesome. I judge toys by whether I would have liked them as a kid, and Madballs passes my test with flying colours!

I only wish I could have had some of the toys that are 'before  my time' as a kid!

Marx introduced the Great Garloo to the monster loving kids of America in 1961 with this extremely compelling TV commercial:

Wow! How could any red-blooded kid not covet a Great Garloo?

Here's our very own Monsterfink's take on Great Garloo:

If you dig Wrightson werewolves the cover for Weird Mystery Tales #21 might put you in the holiday spirit. It always looked Christmassy to me, but then I'm a Wrightson freak (and a werewolf freak come to think of it!  >:D)

Don't go Christmas tree hunting in werewolf country;)

Those mags are wild cool!

Here's a good Xmas cover featuring the fellow who extended monsterdom to new areas for a whole generation of baby boomers::

And here are a few magazine covers depicting the activities pf Unk and his Varmints (gremlins?) during the Xmas season:
