The greatest action hero of them all may have been Reptilicus. He burst upon the scene in 1961 in the critically acclaimed American International Pictures theatrical release:



He then smoothly transitioned over to the print medium in these two literary editions published by Charlton that same year:



While great cities were no match for his awesome might, Reptilicus was forced to resort to subterfuge when confronted by an army of ambulance chasers. In order to continue his literary career, he was forced to morph into Reptisaurus. Here are scans of my few copies detailing his subsequent exploits:

I've had this box of Hawk Weird-Ohs Decals complete with the shipping box for about thirty years:

















I picked it up at Collector's Corner in Scarborough which specialized in car model kits.
