Those old Creepy covers were always extremely well done.  Another title I enjoyed was Eerie.  They always seemed to have artwork that made you think and allowed your mind to drift off to another plane or dimension into something wonderfully horrible.
I became insane, with long intervals of horrible sanity...

I remember someone bringing one of these to work once and seeing how big it is. It's absolutely huge but a really lovely item.  :D
