While not in the same league as the monster baby books I posted before, this product is just as frustrating. In the early 1990's Golden came out with a fantastic set of UM puzzles; unfortunately, the last and rarest of those puzzles was a monumental let-down. Here is the amazing box art for the Mummy puzzle (from the Mummy's Tomb).

Now, admittedly, they tell you (in fine print) that the puzzle doesn't match the box art; but, never the less, some marketing executive had to say to himself: "you know what would make a better puzzle that some outstanding, super-cool monster artwork, a painting of a messy kid's room...."

Worse yet, that box cover in a close cropped image of the full painting Golden commissioned from the same artist who did the other four monsters.

Right you are! Fortunately, I was able to find the raw artwork online and print it out professionally. Now I have it framed. Below is what the whole puzzle would have looked like if they had any common sense!
