Just did another figure. This may help with your own transformation





Removed his hand first.















Be careful cutting near his head. Easy to cut too much as I did.



Added Aves 2 part Apoxie sculpt and molded it and sanded it.


Drilled hole.


Dremelled neck pin




Repainted head


Drilled hands and installed pegs.



I had to reglue candle sticks together because they hold better as a sign of a cross. Bought the suit and body on EBay.
Used a sideshow stand with a custom decal.
