Bought some Jess Franco flicks from Full Moon Direct:







Franco sure cranked out the Exploitation back in the day! Some of it's good, some of it's not so good, but all of it's interesting. And, it has an important place in the history of the Exploitation genre. I prefer Franco's Horror from the '60s and '70s, but I enjoy all of his films to varying degrees.

That Blu-ray also has a great documentary featuring Franco called Eurotika! from 1999, and a really insightful interview with Stephen Thrower. Mondo Macabro does a good job presenting obscure films, especially Eurohorror.

I really enjoy Stephen Thrower's bits on the Video Nasties documentaries from Severin. That guy really knows his genre films, and he's THE expert on all things Franco.
