It was only available with the first few (3,000?) sold. You probably had to preorder to be sure of getting one. It's a cool item, but I'm more than happy just getting this awesome release for a good price. Amazon will have more in a few days, but they will cost $45. But, in a few years people might wish they had snagged it for 45 bucks.
As it is now, I am watching for the puzzle. This will be the third copy inmy collection of Pieces.
Beast and the Magic Sword(1983)Paul Naschy's werewolf in Japan!
Is that DVD from the print with the bad video quality that has been making the rounds for the last few years as boots, or have we finally been blessed with a good DVD release of this classic Naschy flick? It would be grand if the original negative were discovered, or just a good quality print to source a nice release from. Where did you get it, if you don't mind my asking?
It's available April 5th and is only $8.99.
New Hammer compilation on DVD available for preorder from Amazon with Creatures The World Forgot (1971), Die! Die! My Darling! (1965), and others we probably already have. It's available April 5th and is only $8.99.
Cool! I'll definitely pick one up and add it to the old Hammer collection! I only have the Frankenstein movie.
Die! Die! My Darling. Now that'she is the film I have always wanted to see.
I had Revenge... on it's own release, and 3 of the others on the Icons Of Suspense Collection, but I'm really looking forward to getting a good copy of Creatures The World Forgot on a legit pressed disc release. Also looking forward to getting Die! Die! My Darling! with Stefanie Powers which I have never seen.
Me too, mars!Since you're a H.G. Lewis fan I thought you might be interested to know that Something Weird have the Blood Trilogy out on Blu for around 20 bucks on Amazon.I'm tempted, but I already have the Blood Trilogy box set. If I go Blu on everything I'll go broke, so I have to be selective. Some BDs aren't really an upgrade anyway, like that BD release for The Wicker Man. It's the freakin' cut U.S. version at 88 minutes. I already have the 99 minute version, with the original scenes, copied from an old Anchor Bay VHS, so that wouldn't be much of an upgrade for me. You have to be careful and do a little research before blowin' your shekels, dude. Well, I was wrong! Turns out the Blood Trilogy on Blu has been cut to a little over 10 bucks! I just now ordered one along with some other movies from my "Wish List". Amazon makes it too darn easy to blow your money!
